Rates:
All rates are inclusive of 7% Government Tax

Cancellation Policy:
A 50% cancellation fee applies up to 7 days before arrival
A 100% cancellation fee applies up to 'no show'

Payment Conditions:
Invoices are to be paid to the hotel or into bank account. All amounts are payable in Euro or foreign currencies prior to client arrivals. Full pre payment of peak season: 20/12/04 to 05/01/05.

Service Charge / Government Tax:
The hotel reserves the right to amend the contract rates at any time to absorb any additional Government taxes or legislated charges that may be imposed in Seychelles.
